Who are we?
A fast-growing Swedish company with a global passion for youth sports.
Founded by Mikael & Johan - the same pair who founded Sweden’s biggest platform for youth sports, laget.se. The Heja app was launched in 2017 to disrupt and improve how communication happens in sports teams all over the world.
In less than two years, Heja has grown to over 200 000 users, with teams in the U.S, UK, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa, among others, enjoying our five-star rated app!

Who are we looking for?
A passionate and action-taking marketer to join our Marketing & Growth team. You and the team will be responsible for the user acquisition of Heja in the US and UK. You will explore, test and fail your way to success through a combination of performance marketing, ambassador programs, community building, brand awareness, PR, growth hacks and much more.
- You have a passion for marketing, define yourself as extremely driven and will bring a lot of energy to the group.
- You have at least a couple of years experience working with marketing. Experience in app marketing is a bonus.
- You love to read up on new channels, strategies and tips and tricks on how to reach new users.
- You’re a doer and you thrive with the freedom to test new things. You share our belief that done is often better than perfect
Have a background in youth sports? Fantastic! It's a big plus if you share our passion for the positive impact sports can play in the lives of children and youths: encouraging healthy lifestyles, building lasting friendships, growing children into leaders and acting as a bridge between cultures, etc.
Finally, we expect you to dive into the role with 110% energy and also be involved in the continued growth of additional roles within the Growth & Marketing team.
